Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original packaging
• With all tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or tailor-made garments.
• Altered or stitched products.
• Products damaged due to improper use.
• Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged).

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

• Size replacement (subject to availability)
• Another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable if applicable)

Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders for customized tailoring or bespoke garments cannot be cancelled once production or stitching has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
